Mild acidity. Fresh nutty taste With its unique flavor and body profile, Hawaiian Kona coffee has attracted a wide and loyal following. The reason is simple: anyone who's been to the islands and sipped their morning Kona while watching the waves lap on the shore returns with a yen to savor that feeling again at home. Our Kona Blend combines the mild, fresh taste of Kona coffee with the rich, full body of Colombian beans in a light roast for a stunning, well-rounded cup.

Full body and smooth. Exceptionally good coffee Grown at high altitudes on the island of Sulawesi (formerly Celebes) in the middle of the Malay archipelago in Indonesia. Kalossi is the small town in central Sulawesi which serves as the collection point for the coffee and Toraja is the mountainous area in which the coffee is grown. Celebes exhibits a rich, full body, well-balanced acidity (slightly more than Sumatra) and is multi-dimensional in character. It has dark chocolate and ripe fruit undertones. It is an excellent coffee for darker roasting. Because of its semi-dry processing, it may roast a bit unevenly

Full body & sweet. Fruity sharpness. High grade. Geographically, Papua New Guinea lies just south of the Equator. Between the altitudes of 4'000 to 8'000 feet in the Highlands Region, the volcanic soils and favorable climate provide an excellent growing environment for coffee. The coffee harvest in Papua New Guinea occurs during the months of April through September each year. The highly favorable growing environment in the Highlands can encourage coffee bearing that lasts well into the latter part of the year. The bulk of Papua New Guinea's production, over 70%, is small-holder village grown coffee that is processed by individual farmers and purchased at the farm gate by mobile buyers or at town depots. This system maximizes the returns to the local farmers.
