Wildly sharp tanginess & thick-bodied liquor The birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia produces some of the most interesting coffees in the world. Defined by its wildly sharp tanginess and thick-bodied liquor, Ethiopian Harrar is one of them. Grown on a very small scale on peasant plots and farms in Eastern Ethiopia, Harrar is complex, distinctive and worth every penny.

Heavy body. Subtle flavors of wine or fruit Peaberries occur when the coffee "cherry" develops a single oval bean rather than the typical pair of flat-sided beans. These little oddball beans are separated out during the sorting process. Tanzanian Peaberries produce a lighter-bodied, slightly "brighter" coffee than the beans from which they are separated. Grown at the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro, our Tanzanian Peaberry offers a clean, crisp taste with the subtle flavors of wine or fruit, perfect for that wonderful first cup of the day.

Medium body with a hint of dark roast flavor Vienna Roast is a style of roasting, not a type of coffee bean. We roast to four profiles -- Full City, Vienna, Italian and French -- with French Roast being the darkest roast. Our Vienna Roast Coffee is an expert blend of Central and South American coffees which are naturally decaffeinated and blended after roasting for the perfect balance of light and dark roasts. The overall effect is one of medium body with a hint of dark roast flavor, great for breakfast or throughout the day.

Heavy body with an intense, smoky flavor Dark roast lovers, rejoice! Very full-bodied with an intense, smoky flavor, our Italian Roast coffee makes wonderful drip or French-style coffee and great American-style espresso. This is a very dark roast, although not as dark as our French Roast, which is extremely dark. Our Italian Roast features Costa Rican Tarrazu beans -- grown high in the Costa Rican mountains in the rich, volcanic soil that imparts to this coffee its distinctive characteristics. Open the bag, and you'll find ebony-colored oily beans with sharp flavors of dark roasted nuts, a tangy acidity and medium body.

Deep smoky flavor with smooth finish. Our darkest roast, but never scorched You want dark? We've got dark. Our French Roast may be just about the darkest roast on the planet. In fact, it's a little like a cup of smoke with a coffee finish. We begin with single-origin Guatemala Antigua beans, then roast them carefully to avoid scorching, a common problem with many other French-roasted coffees. The result: deep, smoky flavor with a smooth finish and intense aroma. This is a wonderful choice for milk-based coffee drinks, where it holds up well and adds a nice, chocolately finish.

That "100% Colombian Coffee" in a three-pound can comes nowhere near our specialty-grade Colombian Supremo in flavor, aroma and sheer enjoyability. Some of the finest coffee in the world comes from Colombia, and the finest of the Colombian coffees is Supremo. This classic coffee delivers mild, full-bodied flavor, and a slight snap -- a great choice for any time of day. Want to try a new brew? Snag a deal with a coupon for Coffee for Less.
